Viewing and filtering responses
Browse submissions in a sortable table, search by answer content, and filter by status or tags.
Every form submission is stored securely and accessible from the Results tab. The results view is a full-featured data table with search, sorting, filtering, and per-submission detail.
The Results table
Each row represents one submission. Columns correspond to your form fields — plus metadata columns like submission date, IP country, completion time, and hidden field values. Click any row to expand and see the full submission detail.
Searching and filtering
- •Search bar — type any keyword to search across all answer text.
- •Column filters — click the filter icon on any column header to filter by specific values, ranges, or date periods.
- •Status filters — show all, completed, partial, or spam-flagged submissions.
Sorting
Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Click again to reverse. Multi-column sort is supported by holding Shift while clicking additional headers.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows using the checkboxes and use the toolbar to delete, export, or tag submissions in bulk.
Use the "Completion Time" column to identify submissions that were filled out unusually fast — they may be spam or low-quality.
